Alvin Larue Harman, Sr., 66, of Williamsport, died Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at his home.
Born June 25, 1945 in Duboistown, he was a son of John Harman and Helen (Waltz) Ludwig.
He was a member of 40&8, VFW Post 1, and the Polish Club. He enjoyed racing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife Cynthia E. (Glass) Harman, four children Tammy Harman of Jersey Shore, Alvin Harman, Jr., Timothy Harman, and Steven Harman all of Williamsport, 10 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren, a brother Stanley Harman and two sisters Hazel Gee of Williamsport, and Martha Miller of Linden.
