Alvin F. Lintner Sr., age 90, of DeMotte, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at his residence.
He was born November 11, 1927 in Wheatfield, IN to Harry and Flossie (Poisel) Lintner, both deceased.
Alvin married Elizabeth Rose Buffenbarger on June 9, 1953 who preceded him in death on February 29, 2016. Alvin was a laborer for the Co-op in Roselawn from which he retired. He proudly served in the U.S. Army.
Alvin is survived by his children: Charles Lintner, Robert Lintner, Mary Walker, Doug Lintner, Mike Lintner, Christine Billings, Phillip Lintner, Joseph Lintner, and Sara Blaize; siblings: Carl Lintner, Doris Neely and Julie Morgan.
Alvin is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and son, Alvin Jr.
