Alvin Dewey Arrowood, Born July 23, 1947, passed away peacefully October 30, 2021, after a battle with T-Cell Lymphoma.

Alvin was born and raised in Tennessee. He served two tours in Vietnam and a total of 22 years serving honorably in the U.S. Army. He retired after another 30 years in various roles serving his country through his work with TRW & Northrup Grumman. After retiring, he volunteered at the VA Hospital infusion clinic to help other veterans suffering with cancer.

Alvin was a loving husband to his wife of 50 years, Prudence Arrowood. He was a strong and dutiful father to his son, Glenn-David Arrowood, and daughter Heather Bryant. He was “Grumpa” and “Poppy” to his grandchildren, Kathleen, Sean, & William Bryant. He is also survived by his sisters, Helen Fair, Linda King, and Donna Fay.
