Alma “Nell” Huff Dillow, 82, of Annapolis, passed away on February 13, 2014. She was born on January 12, 1932 in North Carolina to the late George Alvin and Alma Florence Barton. She was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking, shopping and keeping a clean and tidy home. Nell is survived by her three daughters, Sharon Hugg and husband Doug, Lisa Fowler and husband David and Kimberly Dean and husband Eddie; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
