Allen R. Viglianco, 32, of Clarksburg passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at his residence. He was born January 27, 1984 in Clarksburg, WV; son of Marsha Viglianco and Allen Ross.
Allen is survived by his aunt and uncle, Dan and Lauretta; Jim, Mike and Paul Viglianco; Cindy Hostutler. He was preceded in death by his grandfather and grandmother, Matt and Joan Viglianco and uncle, David “Bub” Viglianco; grandfather, Jack Ross.
Allen had redeeming qualities that made him unique. He was a talented gymnast, athlete and astute student who grew into a young man who loved to work outside. Allen was a master gardener, and having a truly green thumb, could almost grow anything in his garden.
We will never fully understand why Allen’s life was interrupted and gripped by emotional and physical dependence, why he like some couldn’t just do things in moderation or pull himself out of a downward spiral before it stole him away. But we know with complete certainty he would have wanted us to share as a cautionary tale in hopes it might potentially save one other young person who reads this.
