Allen Lee Brookshire, age 92, passed away the morning of the 7th of November, 2020. He is survived by his wife, of 71 years, Juanita Verner Brookshire, his two sons Ralph Edwin Brookshire and Matthew Lee Brookshire, as well as his grandson Allen Larry Brookshire Jr. and his younger sister Martha Dodson.
Allen was a man of many talents. He was very successful in the real estate sector, as well as a very gifted architect. He designed, drafted, and built many of his own real estate projects as well as for many others. He loved architecture and could always find a way to take old structures and bring them back to life and then turn a profit out of it in the end.
In his younger years he was also the owner of a 300 plus acre cattle ranch in Texas where he raised his three sons, which was his life long dream as a young man. He was a man who believed any dream was possible if you were willing to work hard enough to achieve it as he did his whole life.
He will be missed by all, though his spirit lives on through countless teachings and wisdom he freely shared with all who knew him.
