Pastor Earl Lowen, 83, of Caldwell, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 6, 2016 at West Valley Medical Center surrounded by family and medical staff.
Earl was born to Pete and Nancy Lowen in Cureall, Missouri on October 30, 1932.
Earl is survived by his daughter, Connie Waltman of Caldwell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean and two sons, Terry and David. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends across the world.
