Allen Bauscher
Allen Bauscher, 89, a resident of Boise and formerly of Fairfield, died Friday, February 18, 2011 at the Idaho State Veteran’s Home in Boise.
Allen was born July 19, 1921 in Corral, Idaho to Elsie and Henry Bauscher.
After the war he returned to Fairfield to farm. He married Marjorie Roubinek from Buhl, Idaho in 1948 and together they built the Bauscher Ranch raising cattle, hay and barley.
He was active in his community and the state.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; his brothers, Fred and Don, and sister, Fae Ruehle; and son, Larry Bauscher.
He is survived by: his wife of 63 years, Marjorie; his son, Randy (Mary) of Rupert; his daughter, Paula Forney (Drew) of Boise. His grandchildren, Miranda Gibson, Brenda Fries, Bill Bauscher, Anthony Barringa, Joe Forney, Betsy Schmoeger, Suzy Forney, Christie Bauscher and Mike Bauscher; his sister-in-law and husband, Audrey and Mervin Randall, Buhl; and 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
