Allan Jay Strickhausen, age 69, a native of Galveston, TX and resident of Eight Mile, went to be with Jesus on Monday, April 15, 2013.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.L. (Edwina) Strickhausen and a daughter, Kim Goneke. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jane Burt Strickhausen; two daughters, Melissa “Missy” Strickhausen and Amy (Jeremy) Bosarge; two brothers, Jim (Dina) Strickhausen and Wilson (Anita) Strickhausen; six grandchildren, Cory and Chad Jackson, Kyle and Haley Denton, Austin and Dustin Bosarge; along with nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
