Allan J. Benjamin
California/Newark – Allan J. Benjamin 67, died Saturday, August 25, 2007 at Alvardo Hospital in San Diego, California.
Mr. Benjamin was born the son of the late John and Beatrice Ruffel Benjamin on April 27, 1940 in Newark, New York. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 406 F&AM of Newark. Mr. Benjamin work for 21 years at Newark High School, retiring in 1994. He was a professional photographer, developing his pictures at his home. Mr. Benjamin did many weddings and senior pictures.
Mr. Benjamin moved to California to be with his daughter, Marie. He was a fabulous father and will be missed greatly.
Mr. Benjamin will be remembered by his daughter Marie Miller of California; brother David Benjamin of Rochester and two aunts of Newark.
