HANOVERTON – Allan D. McKinney, age 59, of Hanoverton, died at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Community Hospice House in New Philadelphia. He was born October 30, 1957 in Weston, West Virginia, the son of the late Lavonne McKinney.
Allan retired from General Motors where he worked as an assembler for over 24 years.
Allan enjoyed going fishing, watching the Cleveland Browns, NASCAR and playing chess. He leaves behind his dog, Bizzy.
Survivors include five sisters, Brenda (Louie) Zannetakis of Lordstown, Debbie (Matt) Hutton of Beloit, Michele (Dale) Burge of Hanoverton, Pam (Bob) Reese of Florida, and Tanya (Jim) Riley of Weston, West Virginia; two brothers, Rob (Mona) Smith of Salem and Mike (Barb) Smith of Salem; and several nieces and nephews.
