Alisa was born in Bedford, Indiana on March 8, 1973 to the late James Edward and Joyce Anne (St. John) Rhinehart.
Alisa graduated from South Side High School in 1991. She loved bowling, karaoke, and playing bingo. She was very passionate about being a caregiver and taking care of others. Alisa had many family and friends that will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Louie and Nora St. John.
Alisa is survived by her sister, Shanon Rhinehart of Muncie, IN; brother, Evan Rhinehart and his wife, Amy of Muncie, IN; boyfriend, Ronnie Criswell of Muncie, IN; nieces and nephews, Keely Rhinehart, Katie Rhinehart, Stacey Rhinehart, Abby Rhinehart, Eric Rhinehart, Oscar Wise, Benjamin Wise.
