Alice Marie White, 75, of Cairo, passed away Monday, September 21, 2020. She was born August 31, 1945, in Woodville, MO to the union of Basil and Mabel (Kraft) Warren.
She was the co-owner and operator of the former White’s Carpet of Cairo.
Alice married Wayne White on October 19, 1963, in okMoberly and he survives the home. Also surviving to include her son Kevin White and his wife Betsy of Cairo, a granddaughter Allison Foster and her husband Nate of Glasgow, MO, great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Bronson, and Jaynie Foster, step-grandchildren Bethany Penn and husband Coty, and Jacob Bragg, step-great-grandchildren, Adelyn Williams and Emily Penn, a brother Bennie Warren of Clarksville, AR, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters; Juanita Null, Helen Bowden, Delpha Walters, and Wanda Stacey, and seven brothers; Randolph, Herbert, Charles, Melvin, Darrell, Eddie, and Gerald Warren.
Alice enjoyed going to church and spending time with her church friends, riding with Wayne and the dogs in the country, going to the Maples Theater in Macon with friends, and going to Pizza Works on Sunday evenings. Alice loved being around family, spending time with her grandkids, and camping around a fire with loved ones. She spent a lot of her years helping customers at her store and having the community come to her for assistance.
