Alice Moulton, age 95, passed away at Harbor Place Assisted Living on Jennings Rd. in Port St. Lucie, Florida on August 13th, 2021.
She was the middle daughter of Leo and Clara Wassink Happ of Batavia, NY.
After graduating from D’Youville College she taught business subjects at Alexander Central High School for 5 years. Received a Counseling Scholarship to the Catholic University of America where she earned her Masters Degree and taught 1 year at Margery Webster Jr. College.
After moving to Florida she became active in Welcome Wagon in DeLand, Lakeland, Ocala, and Fort Pierce. She also worked for 10 years in the AARP program doing taxes.
In 1954 she married Thomas N. Moulton After 54 years of marriage, he preceded her. She was also preceded by her 2 sisters Mary Rogers and brother-in-law Bob Rogers, also Elizabeth Bowers, and brother-in-law Art Bowers and a niece Marcy Rogers Stamey.
Her survivors include her son William T. Moulton daughter-in-law Pamela Laythe Moulton and 2 grandchildren Emily Clare and Andrew William Moulton of Port St. Lucie, Florida. She also leaves 10 nieces and nephews.
