Alice Mae Murray, age 96, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2013. Born in Bandera, Texas, on October 21, 1916, she was the daughter of Edgar and Isabel Dugosh Deskin. A life long resident of San Antonio, she was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joe George Murray, sister, Beatrice Poe, and brother, Edgar Deskin, Jr., Mrs. Murray is survived by son, Ryan Murray and his wife, Mildred; daughter, Linda McKinney and husband, Bill; grandchildren, Nathan McKinney of Prairie Village, Kansas, Sara McKinney of Bentonville, Arkansas, and Wendy Lutz and her husband, Johnpaul of Boerne; sister, Mary Jean Tumlinson; numerous nieces and one nephew. The Recitation of the Rosary will be on Thursday, September 5 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church in San Antonio.
