Alice Sue Forrester Johnson Jones of Bismarck, Arkansas was born May 1, 1934 in Winn, Arkansas the daughter of the Late John Noah and Virgie Lee Baker Forrester. She was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church. She was a beautician and she owned and operated Alice in Beautyland Beauty Shop in Little Rock, as well as 3 other shops over the years. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family, clients and friends.
Mrs. Jones died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at her son Keith’s home near Mabelvale, at the age of 81.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Howard Kenneth Johnson and Vernon G. Jones. Survivors: Sons, Keith and wife Lisa Johnson of Mabelvale, Ricky Johnson of Benton, Lance and wife Janet Johnson of Mabelvale and Todd Johnson of Bismarck; step-son, Larry and wife Sheila Jones of Hot Springs; brothers, Donnie Forrester of Winn and Ronnie Forrester of Conway; sisters, Joyce Cantrell of Bryant and Shirley Barbour of Madison, North Carolina; grandchildren, Chris, Michael, Shawn, Angela, Tabitha, Casey, Daniel, and Tyler; 8 great grandchildren, numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
