Alice Carol (Graves) Beymer, 82, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Hickory Creek Nursing home in Franklin. She was born April 24, 1933 to Morris and Martha (Mood) Graves in Bloomington, IN.
She was a school teacher with the Indianapolis Public Schools for over 34 years and was a member of the National Education Association and Indiana State Teachers Association. Alice was an avid reader and collected books.
She is survived by her son; John Beymer of Indianapolis, daughter; Carol (Bob) Burnett of Trafalgar, sister; Clarice (David) Hennon of Indianapolis, brother; Eric (Terri) Graves of Phoenix, AZ and 3 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers
