Alice C. Hanrahan, 97, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. She was born on March 24, 1916 in Viola, IL to Harvey and Grace (Horan) Fritch. Alice was a graduate of the Immaculate Conception Academy in Davenport, Iowa. She married James M. Hanrahan on May 31, 1941 in Aledo, IL.
She was a homemaker. Alice was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. She also was a member of the St. Mary Medical Center Auxiliary in Galesburg. She has resided in Hoffman Estates, IL since 2000. Alice is survived by her daughter, Mariellen Hanrahan, Minnetonka, MN; her son, Michael (late Pat) Hanrahan, Hoffman Estates; and her granddaughter, Erin Hanrahan, Palatine, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband on November 22, 2001, one brother, and one sister.
