LaFramboise, Alfred“A.J.”Bay City, MichiganMr. LaFramboise went to be with his Lord early Sunday morning October 6, 2013 at his residence with his wife Delores and his sister; Therese praying the rosary at his side. Age 84 years. The son of the late Horace and Martha ( Reuther) LaFramboise was born November 19, 1928 in Bay City and has resided here all of his life. A.J. was a member of St. Mary of The Assumption Parish. He owned and operated A.J. LaFramboise Construction Co. for many years and went on to work in the Oil and Gas Business. In his later years he became a developer, developing many properties in to successful businesses and was the owner of Country Grains Bread Company.He is survived by his wife of sixty two years Delores LaFramboise nee: Berlin, one son and daughter-in-law; Michael A. and Vickie LaFramboise of KY, he was preceded in death by a son; Paul D. LaFramboise in 2008. Also surviving are two daughters and son-in-law; Mary Jane Ward and Elizabeth Ann and Gary Bancroft of FL, five grandchildren; Jody Lambert, Jayme and Michelle Ward, Andrew and April LaFramboise, Peter and Julie LaFramboise, Rochelle (Brent) Kyser and Luke Roggenbeck, two sisters; Bernadette and Michael Michalak and Therese and Thomas Reer, three brothers and six sisters-in-law; Charles and Carol LaFramboise, Vincent and Joyce LaFramboise, Richard and Barbara LaFramboise, Rose LaFramboise, Sandra LaFramboise, and Patricia LaFramboise and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by two sisters; Ann Marie Gleason and infant Marie LaFramboise and six brothers and two sisters-in-law; Victor and Genevieve, Bernard and Esther, Lawrence, Robert, Jerome and Raymond LaFramboise.following the Vigil Service the family will Pray the Rosary. Mr. LaFramboise will be taken to the church on Thursday to lie in state from 9:00 a.m. and until the time of service. Memorial cards for St. Mary’s Catholic Church will be available.
