Alejandro Carbajal Yañez, 83, a resident of Columbus passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Alejandro was born on June 27, 1939 in San Isidro, Flores Magon, Chihuahua, Mexico, his parents being Maria Yañez and Jesus Carbajal.
Don Alejandro was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and father-in-law, he was loving, playful and willing to do everything for his family, which was always what he loved the most. He liked to work in his garden and keep his yard clean, he liked to collect cars, play cards with his daughters, grandchildren and sons-in-law although sometimes he cheated on them. He was funny, always smiling, he had a smile that infected anyone. He took care of his wife with that love that he always had for her, for him she was and will continue to be the love of his life. Alejandro works as a cat and coyote hunter.
He liked to wear cowboys with his well ironed shirts and pants, sweets and chocolates, puppies, he had 2 La Minnie and La Mammas, and fight with his daughter-in-law!! He loved to tell jokes. It was an honor to have him in our lives, he left us heartbroken but he also left many memories that we will never forget. ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS, REST IN PEACE. He is survived by his wife; Rita Carbajal of Columbus; children, Gilberto (Sylvia) Carbajal of Los Lunas, Javier (Marcela) Carbajal of Phoenix, AZ; daughters, Maria (Saul) Acuña of Columbus, Leticia Carbajal (Conrado Renteria) of Phoenix, AZ, Veronica (Javier) Parra of Farmington, Rocio Carbajal (Iginio Santiago) of Phoenix, AZ and Alejandra Carbajal (Joel Encinas) of Deming; brother, Eberardo Carbaja de Flores Magon; sister, Aida Carbajal de Flores Magon; 26 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He is succeeded at his death by his parents, son Jose Carbajal and sister Carmen Carbajal. The carriers of the box will be; Cristian Renteria, Luis Acuña, Luis Parra, Gilberto Carbajal, Daniel Carbajal, Alejandro Carbajal and Gaude Carbajal.
