Aleatha M. Germany was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 29, 1933 to the late Mark Hanna Germany and Della Germany Ervin. Aleatha went home to be with the Lord on Sunday March 28, 2021. Aleatha was a wonder daughter, sister, aunt, and cousin. She was a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church having been baptized at an early age.
Aleatha is preceded in death by her parents, Mark Hanna Germany, and Della Germany Ervin, two sisters, Ramona M. McNeal and Laura L. Murrell and one niece, Sharon Elizabeth Germany.
Aleatha is survived by her sister, Marvine D. Germany, nephews, Mark A. Barker and Jams W. Barker; nieces, Martha Y. Miller, Stephanie (William) Dickerson, Dr. Laura Commodore and Gloria Jean Shackleford; great nephews, Craig (Tina) Commodore, Miguel Miller and Darryl Commodore, great nieces, Dr. Denise (Kevin) Lewis, Nicole (Sheila) Evans and Tamika R. Barker; cousins, Edith Wilson, Burton (Minnie) Bohannon, Ramona Bingham, Patricia Bingham, Mary Lou Bingham and Carolyn Bingham; special friend, Georgann Fagen.
