Alberta Constance Mace, age 77, of Stonewood, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 at United Hospital Center with her family at her side.
She was born on January 14, 1937 in Arden, WV; the daughter of the late Lester and Gail (Ryan) Taylor.
Alberta is survived by two sons: Stacy Mace and Jerry &Darlene Mace; three granddaughters: Sarah Carlberg, Lynn Mace, and Anna Mace, all of Belluevue, NE; two great grandchildren: Jackson and Everly Carlberg; two sisters: Lou Taylor of Grafton, WV and Shirley Thomas of Piedmont, SD; one brother: Philip Taylor of Moatsville, WV.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Merwyn S. Mace who died on August 28, 2001; two brothers: Billy Taylor and Jack Poe.
Per Alberta’s request, she will be cremated.
