Alberta Berniece Swisher, age 95, passed away Saturday January 16, 2021 at Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital. Born in Sistersville, WV daughter of the late Edward & Lillian (Haught) Gaiser. Also preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Joyce Welch; son-in-law, Larry Sinchak, sister Louise and brother Edward. Survived by her loving husband of 75 years, Richard “Dick” R. Swisher; children Connie Sinchak of Youngstown, OH, and Cheryl (Steve) Cosner of Troy, OH, son-in-law Norman Welch; 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; other relatives and friends.
