Albert Wolfe Burrage, 71, passed away at his home in Canon City, Colorado. He was born July 05,1942 to RobertWells and Beatrice Ruth (Greaves-Wolfe) Burrage in Dover, Delaware. Al grew up in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he participated in his two loves: varsity football and playing saxophone in the school band. Because of his musical abilities and skill, Al would play the sax in nightclubs all overthe South as an olderteen and into his earlytwenties. Albert was an enthusiastic fisherman, and loved the opportunityto fish in whatever part of the country he happened to be at the time. Al joined the United States Army on November 12,1963, and proudly served his country as a bandsman and First Sergeant for the United States Army Band until December 1, 1991, when he retired.
