Albert R. “Al” or “T Boy” Richard, 70, of Cromwell, beloved brother of Terry DeBarge passed away on Saturday, September 27th following a long illness. Born on April 5, 1938 in Leominster, MA, he was the son of the late Eva Richard. Al joined the Air Force in 1962, proudly serving twenty years before retiring in 1982. During that time, he served at bases across the country and in both Eastern and Western Europe. He recently retired from Luther Ridge in Middletown after 12 years as an attendant.
