Albert M. “Butch” Dollak, 73, of Fountain Hill, died Friday, March 11, 2011, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Roxanne B.(Ford) Dollak for 56 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Frank and Mary (Magan) Dollak. Butch worked as a supervisor for Theodoredis and Sons, in Bethlehem, for 42 years, until retiring in 1998. Survivors: in addition to his loving wife, he is also survived by daughters Terrianne Smith, Diane Cabassa and her husband Marco all of Bethlehem, Pamela Dollak of Fountain Hill; sons Michael J. Dollak, Alan Dollak both of Allentown; sister Rosemarie Molinaro of Allentown; brother Frank J. Dollak of Brodheadsville; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; canine companion Haley the poodle. He was predeceased by his daughter Michele Kent.
