Albert Lamar Everett, age 65, of Norcross, GA passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kelly and Sarah Doster Everett. He was the grandson of the late Lee and Carrier Everett and Mr. and Mrs. Albert (Livice) Doster; and brother-in-law, Don Talley.
Mr. Everett is survived by his wife of seventeen years, Rebecca Talley Everett, Norcross, GA; son, Jerry Lamar Everett, Senoia, GA; step children, Lisa Chasteen Bruce, Buford, GA, James Paul Hutchins, Buford, GA, Jennifer Hutchins Graham and husband, Peter, Buford, GA and John Robert Hutchins, Buford, GA; five grandchildren, Wyatt Lamar Everett, Zoey Mae Everett, Ziva Presleigh Everett, Kelsey Angela Bruce, Lillian Rebecca Graham; mother-in-law, Eunice P. Talley, Chamblee, GA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Patty and Doug Stegherr, Snellville, GA; and his beloved cat, Baby.
Mr. Everett was born March 5, 1954 in Ft. Worth, TX.
He received his education at Norcross High School in Norcross, GA. He was a taxi driver for Doraville Cab Company and also drove a wrecker for Hawks Wrecker Service. He was a former Deputy Sheriff with the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department in Lawrenceville, GA. Mr. Everett was of the Baptist Faith.
