Albert Fata, 89 years old of Viera Florida, passed away November 26th, 2021 peacefully at home. He was survived by his wife Virginia Salvatorelli-Fata, daughter Denise Tschernia, son Antonio Fata, grandchildren Matthew Shiels, Anthony Fata and Daniel Shiels, great grandchildren Isabel Shiels and Leonidas Shiels and his only surviving brother Louis Fata. Albert was born in Manhattan, New York, grew up in The Bronx, New York and then to Long Island as an Adult to raise his family. Albert served in the Army during the Korean War and received a “PURPLE HEART” and “HONORABLE DISCHARGE”. Upon retirement, he relocated to Florida. He was a great family man and full of life. He loved nature and the outdoors. He was a hero to his family, friends and country. He was loved by all that knew him. Rest in Peace.
