Albert Joseph Bartlinski Sr, (Ab), 88, of Severn, passed away on December 11, 2020. He served in the Marine Corps. during the Korean War, landing at Inchon at and fighting in the Battle of Chosin Reservoir. Ab graduated from the University of Baltimore, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in management. He retired from the State Health Department, Division of Air Quality after many years of service. He had such a passion for teaching karate that in 1971, he and his son opened AJ Bartlinski’s Karate Super Center.
