Alan E. Hensley, 67, of Moulton passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Russellville Health Care.
Born on May 7, 1955 to George and Lillian Adams Hensley, Alan enjoyed spending time with his family, train watching, talking on his Ham radio with his friends, watching Auburn football and Braves baseball. Alan served in the US Army before serving his community as a police officer before retiring.
Survivors include his children, Charlie (Whitley) Hensley, Matthew (Nicki) Hensley, and Nicole (James) Mann; grandchildren, Devin Mann, Joshua Mann, Memphis Hensley, and Greyson Hensley; brother, Gregory Hensley; cousin, Lee (Jennifer) Adams; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Alan is preceded in death by his wife, Tami Hensley; mother, Lillian Hensley; father, George Hensley; and grandson, Nathaniel Mann.
The family extends special thanks to Hospice of North Alabama, the staff at North Alabama Medical Center, and the staff at Russellville Health Care.
