On January 5, 2012, Aileen N. Plitzko, 88, passed away. She was the devoted wife of 42+ years of the late Joseph C., beloved mother of Ronald J. and David Lee Plitzko, Bonnie R. DeVincent and loving sister of Patricia Fessler, dear grandmother of 7 grand and 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, her parents, Clyde and Mary Able, her son Joseph, Jr., 2 sisters and 1 brother.
Aileen graduated from Glen Burnie High School. She and her husband owned “Joe and Aileen’s Tavern” for 40 years on Fort Smallwood Rd before selling it in 1996. She was very musically inclined and loved to play the piano and sing.
