Agnes Victoria (Gilbert) Taff, known as Vicky, was born in Brabant, WV, Sept. 18, 1927, but was raised in Fayetteville, WV. She was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Stella Gilbert. Surviving siblings are Wanda Patrick of Jackson, MI; Rosemary Samsel, Carol Ackison and Michael Gilbert all of Fayetteville, WV. Four siblings preceded her in death – Maxine Haney-Hudler, Dolores Ann Luketina, Vincent Ray and John Thomas, Jr. Gilbert.
