Agnes Louise Knapp, age 99, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2008 at her residence in Kalispell, Montana. She was born on April 17, 1909 in Minot, North Dakota to Erick and Hanna (Vallestad) Hanson.
Agnes met the love of her life Paul E Knapp and they were married November 4, 1928. She was very loving and caring wife and mother. Agnes spent most as a homemaker and helping her husband with the family businesses: Hall Motors, The Dillon Hotel and Ken’s Reality. Agnes was a member and former Sunday school teacher at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. She enjoyed making and sewing her children’s clothes. She loved doing art and was very talented in oil painting, water color, pastels and china painting.
She is preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Knapp.
She is survived by her two daughters; Betty Steer of Antioch, CA and Dolores Lynch of Phoenix, AZ, one son; Keith Knapp of Antioch, CA, 8 grandchildren, and many great- and greatgreat-grandchildren
