Agnes Jones, 91, of Lakeland, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center due to natural causes. Agnes was born March 2, 1923, in Madison County, Florida to Marian and Mamie Kirkland. She has been a resident of Lakeland most of her life and was a devout Christian.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.B. Jones, Jr., and is survived by her sons, Jerry Jones and Michael R. Jones; daughter, Luvenia Baxley; sister, Retha DeLoach; seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
