Mrs. Agnes C. Blum, age 82, of the Lutheran Home of Southbury died Thursday, January 17, 2013. She was the wife of the late Francis Blum.
Mrs. Blum was born May 7, 1930 in Waterbury, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Emmett) Duffy. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Grammar School and Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury.
