Agapito Magide, 90, of Newington, passed away on Monday, May 3rd, 2021. He was the beloved husband of the late Flora Magide. Agapito was born on February 14th, 1931, in Galicia, Spain, to the late Aquilino and Gumercinda Magide. Agapito and his family moved to Connecticut in 1968. His family was of the utmost importance to him and he will be remembered as a very loving father, uncle, and grandfather. Mourning his loss are his daughter Lourdes Venoutsos, her husband Peter, and granddaughter Cassandra of South Windsor, CT; son Jorge Magide of London, England. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Teresa and five nephews in Spain, sister-in-law Mirta, her husband Roberto of Florida, among many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Francisco and Jose Magide.
