Adriana Leventhal, 26, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away peacefully on August 25th, 2018. Adriana was born in Long Island, New York but spent the last 24 years in Scottsdale. She will be meeting her father, Ronald, on her passage from this life. She is survived by her mother Ann Marie, identical twin sister Raquel (Savannah), Uncles Joseph (Theresa) Schara, Paul Schara, Steven Leventhal, Aunts Laurie Leventhal and Roslyn (Harvey) Mendelsohn. She leaves behind a large following of loving friends and family. Adriana will be remembered for her impeccable musical talent, her ability to bring joy to everyone around her, and her eccentric nature.
After her unfortunate mishap in 2010, Adriana had lived comfortably at her nursing home surrounded by photos, drawings, and cards, her room a perfect memorial of the love she gave and encountered in her day to day life until her passing.
We wish to remember her as the creative, outspoken, and caring person she was. We will all have her love and songs permanently engraved in our hearts.
