Adrian went home to be with his Lord on June 20, 2017. He was born April 15, 1923 in Kalamazoo, the son of Adrian and Nellie (Hagerman) Glerum, and was a lifelong area resident. During WWII, he served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Consumers Power Company.
He was a longtime active member of Grace Christian Reformed Church, where he had served as Deacon and Elder. Adrian was a volunteer for Kalamazoo Christian School Association.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Anna (Hoogenboom) Glerum; by his siblings Marinus Glerum, Clara Adler and Minnie Glerum; also by Lou Camburn. Surviving are three children Steve (Jeanne) Glerum, Ronald (Jannie) Glerum and Dale (Colleen) Glerum; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
