Adelina Jimenez, 77, of Bethlehem, formerly of Brooklyn, NY died Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in her home surrounded by loved ones. She was the widow of Gelabel Jimenez who died in 2002. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Adelina was the daughter of the late Adelino Santos and Tomasita Rodriguez. After high school, she attended beauty school in New York. Adelina was a security guard for many years at John F. Kennedy International Airport before retiring in 1997. She loved to dance, travel and shop with her daughters. A talented seamstress, Adelina was known for her dressmaking for dolls.
Survivors: Daughters, Claudia wife of Robert Ramos of Freemansburg and Nancy Rivera with whom she resided; sister, Elba Rodriguez wife of Cruz Alvarez Roche of Puerto Rico; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandsons. She was predeceased by her great grandson, Elijah.
