Adeliana Pierozzi Breece July 3,1927 – January 19,2015 On January 19, 2015, Adeliana completed her journey through this life. She was born July 3, 1927 in Normandy France. As a teenager, Adeliana survived the German occupation of Paris. At the end of World War II, she worked as a telephone operator at SHAPE Headquarters just outside Paris. It was during this time that she met and fell in love with her husband Merle Breece. They soon married and a year later a beautiful baby girl, their only child, Patricia, was born. Adeliana worked as a telephone operator with the Bell Telephone System in Fairbanks Alaska and later was hired as a civilian operator at Fort Wainwright Alaska and Fort Huachuca AZ. Adeliana along with her husband and daughter, moved to Sierra Vista AZ in 1966. She worked at Fort Huachuca before retiring. Adeliana was preceded in death by her husband Merle Breece in 1993. Adeliana was a very intelligence and talented wife and mother. She spoke English, French, German and Italian.
