Adele Brothers passed away peacefully on March 30th at the age of 95, surrounded by family. She was a longtime resident of Northbridge, MA, but was born in Wilson, NC in 1926.
Adele was a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox and would watch every game, even the reruns. She was Big Papi’s biggest fan. She loved watching the Price is Right, Gun Smoke, and Walker Texas Ranger. She also loved junk food; she could eat endless amounts of chips and Kit-Kats, and was always chewing on some Juicy Fruit.
She is predeceased by her husband Alfred Brothers who passed away in 1981, and her oldest son Eddie Brothers who passed away in 2014.
Adele is survived by her children, Charlie Brothers and his wife Joan of Douglas, MA, Dale Brothers of Fredrick, MD, Barbara Tatro and her husband Bob of Leesburg, FL, Donna Shays and her husband George of Thompson, CT, Cheryl Menard and her husband Robert Jr. of Worcester, MA, and Julie Krafve and her significant other Stephen Dudash of Cape Coral, FL.
She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and too many great grandchildren to count, who she loved more than anything.
