Adele C. Carnivale died peacefully on Saturday September 20, 2014 at the age of 89. Born in Burlington, Mrs. Carnivale remained a lifelong resident. Adele worked for the Sears Surplus Store, first in Burlington, then in Lumberton for over 21 years until her retirement. She was a parishioner of All Saints R.C. Church in Burlington and a member of the church’s senior citizen’s club. She was predeceased by her mother Viola, her brothers Frank and Joseph and her sisters Marie, Bertha, Sophie and Pauline.
Adele is survived by her loving husband of 64 years Alfred. She was the beloved mother of daughter Linda Carnivale and son and daughter in law Thomas and Becki Carnivale. She was the cherished Mom-Mom to Anthony and Jeffrey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10am Thursday September 25, 2014 in All Saints R.C. Church, High St., Burlington.
