WALLINGFORD – Adelaide P. Watson, 95, of Wallingford, formerly of Old Saybrook and Rye, NY, beloved wife of the late John A. Watson. She was born into life on February 11, 1916 and born into Eternal Life on August 22, 2011.
Adelaide was a revered portrait artist, who enjoyed a long career. Many dignitaries, clergy, and families were captured by her talent. Her greatest call in life was that of a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.
She will be remembered by her daughter: Meg Watson Kish and her husband John J. Kish of FL., she also leaves her granddaughters: Marga and Amber Kish in addition to a niece, Pam Bouyea of NY.
Mrs. Watson was entombed privately in the Ferncliff Mausoleum in Hartsdale, NY.
