Ada, the daughter of Ernest F. and Bertie M. (Wade) George, was born on July 6, 1920, in Carrolton, MO. She had lived in Newton, Des Moines, and Montezuma. She also lived in Grinnell from 1975 until 2007, when she entered the nursing home. Ada volunteered at the Senior Citizens Center in Grinnell.
