Achim Cullmann 54, of Spencerville, passed away Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital. Achim was a member of the NRA and the Kansas City Police Dog Association. He also was a Master Mason at the Summit City Lodge #170 F & AM. He began his law enforcement career with the Saarland Polizei. Achim currently worked as a confinement officer for the Allen County Sheriffs Department, where he has served for 13 years. He also was a reserve officer for the New Haven Police Department.
Achim is survived by his wife Sharon, daughter Daniela Kaufmann; stepson Sham Jainagerker; and grandchildren Lena and Kumari.
