Abraham Lincoln Galloway, beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2010 at age 60. Born in San Saba, TX, on August 31, 1950, he faithfully served his country from 1967 ” 1971 as a member of the U. S. Army. Later in life, he again served his community as an officer with the San Antonio Police Department until his retirement. He was the son of Henry Clay Galloway and Christena Isaac Galloway. Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Helen Frances Galloway, Mr. Galloway is survived by his wife, Yvonne Galloway; children, Ronnie Harris and his wife, Suzanne, and children, Cierra, Monica, Peyton, Osiris, Derek and Antony; Gregory Galloway and his wife, Ana, and sons, Rashawn and Junior; and Joseph Galloway and his wife, Jessica, and children Destiny and Ladanian; sisters, Lydia Johnson and her husband, Eddie, and Kittie Williams and her husband, Elzia; brother, James Galloway and his wife, Dolores; numerous nieces and nephews.
