Mr. Abraham “Junior” Russell Jr. 73, of 3207 Shallowford Drive in Greensboro, NC passed peacefully at Moses Cone Hospital on Tuesday January 25, 2022. He was born to the late Abraham Russell Sr. and Margaret Parker Russell on November 16, 1948 in Alamance County.
Abraham is survived by his wife Valerie Chavis Russell, daughters Kim Whitaker (Jeff), Chandra Russell; sister, Edna R. Coleman (Richard); grandchildren, Kylan Whitaker, Jaden Whitaker; aunt, Shirley Watkins; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
