Alexander “Alex” Sempio Manlavi, age 27, of Crestview, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022. Alex was born on May 6, 1995, in St. Charles, Missouri to Gerald and Lee Ann Manlavi. Prior to joining the United States Air Force, he graduated from Desoto Central High School in Southaven, Mississippi. Alex achieved the rank of Airman 1st Class and earned the Knuckle Buster Award and the AETC Commander’s Award.
Alex had a strong passion for fixing just about anything he could get his hands on. He inherited his dad’s Conquest TSI from the 80s and made it a goal to rebuild it to its former glory. He grew many hobbies such as playing the drums, learning to play the piano, car restoration & modification, building computers, and becoming a coffee connoisseur.
Alex is survived by his parents, Gerrald and Lee Ann Manlavi; his grandparents, Ronnie & Jennifer Trogden; his siblings, Nicholas Manlavi and Gabrielle Manlavi; his soon-to-be niece; and beloved family pets, Kitty and Zoe Bean.
Thank you to everyone who was a part of Alex’s life. Seeing how many people loved and had special memories with him provides us with so much comfort.
