A.G. Booker, Jr. traded his earthly body for his heavenly home on December 8, 2014. The peace of Jesus filled his heart as he lay down to eternal rest. A.G. was born December 30, 1923 in Choctaw County to his wonderful, loving parents A.G. Booker, Sr. and Pearl Faircloth Booker. A.G. is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Barbara Mosley Booker. A.G. and Barbara had four children, 2 sons and 2 daughters, all of them were each the pride of this devoted father’s heart. A.G. loved the Lord and spent his life sharing the love of Jesus with others. The last church service he was able to attend was on his 90th birthday and all of his children and grandchildren attended that service with him. Our family circle has been broken, a link from our chain is gone, though we grieve today we know we will meet again. A.G.’s loving family who await that grand reunion include his four children, 20 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grand children.

A.G. was preceded in death by his grandson Mark Booker, his brothers Pat Booker, Carlton Booker, and his sisters Doll Hearn and Rosalee Jackson
