On Saturday, June 16, 2007, A. Dolores “Dee” Hood of Pasadena, Maryland passed away at her daughter’s residence. Dee was predeceased by her cherished husband of 32 years Robert C. Hood and her son Robert “Bear” Gerhardt and her dear brother, Carl Stinchcomb. She is survived by her beloved children, Alan, Larry, and Terry Gerhardt, Bonnie Gerhardt-Mallon, and Robin Hood. Dee is also survived by her loving grandchildren: T.J., Roger, Johnny, Bobby Jo, Missy, Bo, Peanut, Wayne, John, Lil Larry, Claudy, Craig, Phil, Christin, Amber, Kimmie, Dorothy and Mattie; and her great-grandchildren, Jordan, McKinzi, Will, Jennifer, Destiny, Annalia, Lil Johnny, Heather, Mike, Cheyenne, Michael, Cameron, Hope, Amya, Kristin, Andrew, Katlyn, Will, Orianna, Annie, Emily, Sammy and Hayden.
Dee was born in Severn, Maryland and was a beautician prior to having her six beloved children. Later in life, she became a hostess for several fine restaurants.
